Suntem bucuroși să lansăm broșura proiectului nostru „𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀”, implementat de Asociația ROI în perioada 29 octombrie – 6 noiembrie 2025 la Urlați (Prahova). Este un proiect finanțat de Uniunea Europeană prin programul Erasmus+, care a adus împreună 25 de lucrători de tineret din România, Portugalia, Italia, Spania și Polonia într-o săptămână intensă de formare, reflecție și conexiune autentică.
Broșura reunește informații esențiale despre proiect, despre procesul de coaching, metodele non-formale explorate în cadrul cursului și poveștile celor care au participat. Este o resursă practică pentru oricine lucrează cu tinerii și dorește să integreze tehnici de coaching în activitatea sa.

We are happy to share the brochure of our Erasmus+ project „𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗛𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀”, implemented by ROI Association during the 29th of October – the 6th of November 2025 in Urlați (Prahova). The project was funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, bringing together 25 youth workers from Romania, Portugal, Italy, Spain, and Poland for an intensive week of training, reflection, and genuine connection.
The brochure gathers essential information about the project, the coaching process, the non-formal methods explored during the course, and the stories of those who took part. It is a practical resource for anyone working with young people who wants to integrate coaching techniques into their practice.
